Reliable and accurate equipment for testing rice samples whether as Rough (Paddy) Rice or Brown (Cargo) Rice. Quality, yields, grades, color, etc., can be determine easily. Length and pressure of the test can be controlled.

    Using a 1000 grams sample of rice, this equipment provides an accurate milling quality estimates. The time and the milling pressure are easily controlled. All surfaces in contact with the rice are stainless steel or hard chrome plated for a long life and clean operation.

This equipment is used to obtain clean Brown Rice samples from Paddy samples. Fast operation is accomplished whether the sample is dry or wet while yielding a shelling efficiency from 95 to almost 100 percent. The finished Brown Rice sample can be easily inspected and evaluated for quality and grade.

Designed for air cleaning and aspiration of light and foreign materials from samples of grains, seeds, and many free flowing granular material. Variable speed control allows the regulation of air suction intensity.
